Accommodation:

Although there is no guesthouse or student dormitory affiliated with our university, there is a wide variety of accommodation opportunities for students in the city. These are state dormitories, private dormitories, apartments, and rental apartments. Brief information about these are given below:

State Dormitories

In Isparta, a city in the southwestern part of Turkey known for its rose cultivation, there are various accommodation options available for university students, including state-run and private dormitories. State dormitories offer affordable lodging and generally provide basic amenities, which may include meals and cleaning services. These are typically managed by the Credit and Dormitories Institution (KYK) and are often located near university campuses, providing a secure housing choice.

Available to see the list of KYK dormitories’ contact info in Isparta here.

Private Dormitories

Private dormitories in Isparta tend to offer more facilities compared to state dormitories. These may be equipped with modern amenities and additional services such as fitness centers, study rooms, and a wider range of room options. However, the fees for private dormitories are usually higher than those for state dormitories.

Apartments

Apartments are independent housing units that usually consist of one or more bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Popular among students, apartments offer more freedom and privacy. Many apartments in Isparta are designed with student needs in mind and are often located within walking distance of the university.

Rental Flats

Rental flats are suitable for longer stays and are often chosen by families or groups of friends. These flats are typically fully equipped and offer spacious living areas. Prices vary depending on the location, size, and amenities provided within the flat.
