As we embark on the exciting journey of the 2023 Erasmus+ KA171 Project Mobilities, it's essential to finalize the preliminary steps that will lay the foundation for a successful and enriching experience. This project is not just about academic or professional development; it's an important opportunity to strengthen international ties and create lasting relationships. To our cherished ICM KA171 partners, we're looking forward to streamlining the process through clear communication and collaborative efforts. From setting up bilateral agreements to ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and listed as follows:
1) In order to start the mobility, firstly a bilateral agreement is required. You can find an example of a bilateral agreement here. (In addition, a draft bilateral agreement will be sent to each partner via email).
2) After the bilateral agreements are finalized, you can prepare and evaluate applications according to the criteria in the Implementation Guide. It is recommended to complete the mobilities of the 2023 KA171 project by the end of 2024. (In addition to the general statements about mobilities here, the emails we will send to each of our partners are important).
3) Upon completion of the evaluation of the applications, the Selection Report must be signed and stamped by the authorities involved in the document. The Selection Report must then be sent to us via email.
